CPLA37AT Module
CPLA37AT is a CanOpen protocol CanBus module to be fully interfaced with an Hyperthem plasma generator. The plasma generator can be directly connected via a twisted pair flat cable with Hyperterm standard pinout.
Four groups of spring cage connectors, and one 37 pins D-type connector are available for connecting to the module.
- 3 points for 24 V module power supply
- 6 points for CanBus line (input CAN_H, CAN_L, CAN_GND, and output CAN_H, CAN_L, CAN_GND)
- 2 points for 0-10 V analog reading of arc temperature
- 2 points for optocoupled input for plasma-material contac
- 1 D-type 37 pin connector with standard pinout to connect to the Hyperterm generator where all the following signal (replicated on the CanBus) are available:
- Optocoupled digital inputs to the generator
- Optocoupled digital outputs from the generator
- Filtered RS422 for automatic gas console communication.
